EDIT: the names and info were randomly put together. We had people comment and tell us what names would be good or not, so yeah, if you have any ideas on info and or names feel free to tell us.

this is somewhat a collab with :iconvengefulspirits: Well this is entirely drawn by me. But ash desgined the first and second pre and evolved form, and I created the last evolved form of this fake pokemon character we were talking about on MSN LOL. We were like it would be cute to have a water starter be a poodle and it can be made of bubbles LOL. Anyways so yeah enjoy
